Hi! My name is Anthony Colόn and I’d like to welcome you. I appreciate you taking a peek at my website to learn a little more about me and how I may be able to help you.
First a little bit about myself. I am happily married to Jessica and we have two amazing little boys, Joshua and Dominick. They are the highlight of our lives. We have a one four-legged child as well named Fozzie, our Airedale Terrier. We live in Maine - in a town of about 50,000 people.
My profession, before taking the leap into the internet world, was nursing.
To be successful all you need to do is simply implement my proven social media marketing strategies. I will show you systematically which strategies work for me and which ones don’t.

Personal History
I started working when I was about 10. My family had a variety store I'd open by myself on Sundays and help out after school and vacations. Yeah sounds big but it really wasn’t. I had to make sandwiches, sell sodas, stock the coolers & shelves, mop floors, and put the papers together.
My parents ran this small store for over 7 years and instilled in me a strong work ethic.
Wow - memories. I also ran a hot dog stand just outside the store at the lunch hour rush and sold more hot dogs than Oscar Myer. And all this work netted me about 50 bucks a week. Funny - you couldn’t pay me enough to do that today - that is sell hot dogs while roasting in the hot sun with the hot steam pouring out the hot dog steamer!
Since that time I’ve always worked a lot of hours. Throughout high school I worked in food service. I did what was necessary to have the things I wanted, which at that time were protein drinks and supplements to build up my body to earn my self a football scholarship. I went on to be a top recruit with many colleges throughout the country. I also won the State Shotput Championship along with setting the school record. My friends thought I was nuts for working out so much but it really didn’t bother me - I knew that's what it would take to get help with paying for college.
I didn’t go to a Division I football college because I wanted to serve my country through the Army. The football recruiters were bothered by the fact I'd have weekend reserve drill duties plus I'd get too skinny and lose my bulk. I thought I’d play football and serve my country but it didn't work out until Norwich Military College came knocking on my door. They are a private military school in Vermont that has a Division III football program - not a chance for a scholarship but at least they'd understand my military obligations.
So I went and spent two years there hoping I'd earn my commission. Things went bad for the military under Clinton and he made so many cuts that the need for officers wasn't there. I started looking into nursing (I had been majoring in Athletic Training at the time).
A New Outlook
I was 20 at the time and I decided to go into a profession where very few men worked. My mom was once a nurse so that helped. I quit Norwich because I could get my education through the Army for free.
I was going to nursing school through a local Navy base. That’s when I found sales and I fell in love. Sales was the perfect job for me. This was my big paradigm shift.
I met my wife working as a certified nurse’s aid and vowed I wouldn't go into debt to pay for our wedding. That's when I went into sales and telemarketing. I came to realize that what I sold wasn’t nearly as important as what I learned. I did well and achieved Top 5 Sales Leaders in less than four months.
There was a world out there that paid you on your performance, not your education or seniority. It’s up to me and no one else. That’s the American Dream - give me the opportunity and let me shine.
It was because of the entry into this new world that I started reading and absorbing an incredible amount of information from great success philosophers such as Napoleon Hill, Zig Ziglar, Norman Vincent Peale and countless others. I learned that a positive attitude is key to any success in life.

This opened my mind to the point that anything that I wanted was out there. I just had to focus on what I wanted to achieve and believe in myself and it would come. Well through my career I've always continued to learn and then came across Robert Kiyosaki. This lead to the next great paradigm shift in my life. What I learned was that being self employed just meant that I owned a job. I also learned that the secret to great wealth is Passive Income.
Passive Income
Passive income is earnings an individual derives from a rental property or other enterprise in which he or she is not actively involved. I bought my own multi-unit apartment and lived there while in nursing school.
I thought I was doing pretty good, but, upon deeper reflection I realized he was right. If I didn't work, or something happened to me, my income would be gone. That's when I started to shift my thinking from being in sales, real estate and nursing to generating real Passive Income. Well, that's exactly what I did.
The growth of my nursing career has been great but there have been the ups and downs. See, I thought that if I were to build a nursing career that I would always have a "job"(Just Over Broke). Well, this hasn't been the case. So that is why the search for my future in Passive Income programs intensified.
If you want to learn something new you must surround yourself with those that are already achieving what you want to achieve.
No Better Time Than The Present
If I was serious in becoming successful in this new world of online marketing and Passive Income Programs then I had to take the next step. It was really quite simple. I just needed to surround myself with the people that are thriving in this industry and learn everything I possibly can from them. It's amazing, when you know what you're looking for, you are more likely to find it. I started my search and was able to find the mentors I needed.
If you hang around the people you want to become then it just seems to happen. Without even trying you end up in the circles you want to travel in. When I started truly focusing on what I wanted to achieve in this new business is when everything started to happen. That is when I started forming very strong and successful business relationships.
Someone once said: "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear".
I wanted to learn a new and more profitable, passive business and needed help. I focused on what I needed and believed I would find what I was looking for. After making up my mind to find these mentors they just started showing up. With there help I am closing in on building my income to a level that has up until now eluded me. I am working with some of the biggest achievers in this business.
My First Six Months Online
Well, I took the plunge and found a mentor and now was the time to put up or shut up as they say. I started my education in this new business as a total internet marketing newbie. I mean, yeah I knew a little about the net and computers. I could surf, get my email and use Microsoft Word, but that was about the extent of my knowledge.
I would read and research in every free moment I had.
After a short time light bulbs were starting to come on. The education was opening my eyes to this incredible business.
I couldn't believe how much money was available to be made online. From Passive Income Programs, to Home Based Businesses, to Affiliate Marketing and everything in between.
Once the light bulbs came on they only got brighter. I was fascinated by this new world. I was hungry for knowledge and wanted to start making money as quickly as possible. I knew that my education would be on going but needed to jump into a program and see if I could make some money.
See, my situation at the time was dictating my actions. I was getting burnt out in nursing and wanted to replace that income as quickly as possible. I also had a sense of urgency on account that our second child was on the way.
I had set quite lofty goals, but I am not one for taking it easy on myself. I try to push myself to reach my potential every chance I get. I found out long ago that you could not better yourself if you don't challenge yourself. If you make it too easy you will never grow.
Well, I took the steps needed to join my first program called Plug-In Profit Site. WOW! I would be making money!
I started exploring how to use social media sites such as Facebook, MySpace & DIGG to help build my business.
I also had the help of my mentors to ease my mind and teach me important lessons in this business.
IT'S ALL ABOUT DIVERSIFICATION
They assured me that the business of internet marketing was very profitable but, it can be very turbulent as well. That's why you need your hand in several different opportunities in case one goes bad and that's how you play it safe.
